My journey in mental health began with a deep commitment to compassionate, inclusive care across the lifespan. Guided by a holistic and patient-centered philosophy, I strive to support individuals in achieving meaningful, lasting wellbeing as we go through different challenges at different seasons of life.
Experience
With a background as a Teacher, Registered Nurse, and Florida-licensed, ANCC board-certified APRN specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health, I provide evidence-based, compassionate care to patients ages 10 and older. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, ADHD, and maternal mental health concerns. By accepting most major insurance plans, my goal is to make personalized, accessible mental health care available while prioritizing whole-person wellness and collaborative treatment.
