By accessing or using our website, services, scheduling system, telehealth platform, or any related content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To use our services, you must be:
- At least 18 years old, OR
- A parent/legal guardian requesting services for someone under 18
By using our services, you affirm that you meet these requirements and provide accurate information.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with HIPAA. We collect personal information (name, contact, insurance, clinical notes, payment data) and automatically collected data (IP address, cookies). We use information for treatment, operations, scheduling, billing, and legal compliance. We never sell your data. You have the right to access, correct, or request restrictions on your records. For details, contact us directly. Telehealth sessions use HIPAA-compliant platforms; you must be in a state where your provider is licensed.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee completeness or reliability. Content may change at any time.
5. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
Using scheduling tools doesn’t guarantee an appointment until confirmation is received. You agree to:
- Arrive on time (virtual)
- Provide accurate information
- Follow cancellation policies
- Use telehealth platforms responsibly
6. TELEHEALTH SERVICES
By using telehealth, you acknowledge:
- You must be in a state where the provider is licensed
- You’re responsible for a stable internet connection
- You understand electronic communication privacy limitations
7. Cookies & Tracking

8.Payment Terms
- Payments made through this website are for scheduled services or agreed-upon fees.
- Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.
- Patient is responsible for all fees, regardless of insurance reimbursement.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (logos, graphics, text, branding) is Kaecyn Behavioral Health Services property and protected by copyright laws.
10. PROHIBITED USES

13. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: A fee will apply unless discussed with and approved by our office in advance. This includes all missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows.
- We reserve appointment time specifically for you
- Grace period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals with communication. Beyond 5 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the late cancellation fee.
14. INFORMED CONSENT FOR TREATMENT
- Risks and benefits of treatment will be discussed during intake
- Alternative treatments available will be presented
- You have the right to refuse treatment
- You have the right to seek a second opinion
15. COMMUNICATION POLICIES
- Email response within 48 business hours
- Secure messaging preferred for clinical communications
16. MEDICAL RECORDS
- Copy fees for medical records may apply per state regulations
- Records requests processed within 30 days as required by law
- An electronic health record system maintains confidentiality standards
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted. Continued site use means acceptance of updated terms.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Florida law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
